Yes, within an 1 hour of ordering provided it is before the cut-off time. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days to the paying account.
- In the event we don’t meet our quality promise, we will offer you a refund for the item that does not meet quality standards. There are certain situations where refunds will not be provided. These include instances where customers change their minds or express dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences. We encourage customers to choose their orders carefully to avoid such issues.
- Complaints ( Call, Chat or Email) must be made within 2 hours of the delivery/collection timeline. This timeframe ensures that issues are addressed while the experience is still fresh, allowing us to promptly investigate and resolve any concerns
1.1. No returns will be accepted, unless the product is damaged or defective (defined herein below).
1.1.1. Damaged items – any packed product having quality issues leading to deleterious or destructive effects due to physical or chemical damage, or from any other circumstances, and which renders the product unfit for consumption and / or use.
1.1.2. Defective product – a product that causes injury to a person due to either a design defect includes packaging, a manufacturing defect, or a marketing defect.
1.2. You understand and agree that certain food products may require specific storage conditions and certain instructions may be required to follow as indicated on the webpage. In any case, you are required to keep perishables refrigerated within an hour of delivery to enjoy the product in its best form and prevent spoilage, contamination of the product which may render it unfit for consumption or its intended usage. Products stored or used in conflict with such conditions and instructions shall be not eligible for Returns / Refunds.
1.3. DENTS / SCRATCHES: We take care and exercise due caution to deliver your product(s) in the best possible manner, however, there may be times that you may receive the product(s) with minor dents or scratches including slight indentations or creasing in a shipping carton. As a general consensus, it is safe to buy and use food from dented packaging; it does, however, depend on the condition the packaging is in and the food contained inside. Please note, that minor scratches and/or dents do not affect the quality of the product(s) or its intended use and thus, is safe and fit for use and consumption. However, we suggest you inspect each of the product(s) and packaging inside for damage as well. In case of a major dent or any leakage or if you notice any opening, pinhole, then we suggest not to use the product(s) and get in touch with our customer support without delay.
1.4. SHELF LIFE: Our Website and the product(s) itself, clearly reflects the Best Before / Expiry date (“Shelf Life”) of each product, which indicates and means that the product is fit and safe for use and / or consumption by the date indicated on the Website and also on the Product received by you.
1.4.1. In an effort to curb the return of wholesome products which are well within the stipulated Shelf Life and also fit and safe for consumption, We shall not accept claims for the return of products within the stipulated time frame of their shelf life.
1.5. For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to report the quality issue/incorrect order within 3 hours of the delivery and request for a refund within 3 days of the delivery of the items To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Refund requests/complaints received after this timeline may not be eligible for a refund.

We are committed to meeting your expectations. Refunds are available under specific conditions such as incorrect orders delivered, poor quality/damaged items, or service delays beyond reasonable expectations. Can I return delivered food items?
We will send a notification/reminder on the day of delivery. Please send access codes stating your name/order number. If you are unavailable to take delivery, ahead of the delivery timeline, please provide alternative delivery options using your registered mobile and stating your order number. We will deliver to the alternative delivery address, provided the alternative option is within a 100m radius of your stated. A delivery completion notification will be sent to you.
